I have always been an active person and participated in a lot of elite level sports, however, when I first started training with Nikita I was overtraining, under-eating, constantly injured from not recovering properly, struggling to lose weight and feeling really low about myself due to consistent comparisons to people with unachievable body shapes. It’s been two years since then and I haven’t looked back. Nikita has had an incredible impact on me. She has been an extremely positive role model for me and inspires me everyday by being a realistic coach, great listener and friend. I am the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been, I eat more than ever and I finally have a positive relationship with food and exercise. She even encouraged me to try powerlifting. I couldn’t have done any of this without her and highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Nikita for about 7-8yrs and honestly I couldn’t ask for a better trainer and more importantly an amazing friend. 

I’ve had a lot of body changes since I first started, weight loss being the main focus and then soon turned to powerlifting. For the past 3yrs powerlifting has been the main focus but recently have had some shoulder problems so with Nikitas guidance and physio work I’m currently doing some rehab work as well as training up for a Charity comp. 

Not only have gained confidence within myself and my training, I’ve also got the confidence whenever someone comes to me asking for advice about fitness.

I had taken a long break from training and was hesitant getting back into it. Going back into the gym with a shoulder injury felt like an impossible task so making sure I found the right coach was very important to me. Thats where Nikita comes in. Discovering a coach that not only had gone through a similar situation was a match made in heaven. Nikita is able to plan all my workouts around my injury and push me to my potential. I feel strong again, something that I haven´t felt in a while. She checks in with you every week, modifies anything that your concerned about and is overall a great help. I don´t feel any pain when I´m deadlifting 100kg, and I know I will get stronger working with her. So just want to say a massive thank you to Nikita for helping me get my confidence back in the gym and helping regain my strength.
