Step 2: Pre screen questionnaire

After your enquiry and we have decided to continue further with your online coaching, i will email you our pre exercise questionnaire. This questionnaire is important for us to get more details in to your goals, history, and any other relevant information we need to provide you with the best coaching we can. This will allow you to put in detail your current and past training and nutrition habits so that we both have a greater understand of yourself as an individual.

Step 4: Training and Nutrition

Once we then receive your first month’s payment, we will then set in motion a long-term plan for your online coaching and start to structure your training and nutrition to cater to you.

You will receive your individualised nutritional plan along with a training program that includes your reps, set and load that you lift. This will be personalized throughout your training to adapt to where you’re at each period of time.

Step 5: Ongoing support

Weekly Check Ins: Our online clients are required to send a check-in specified by their coach this will include check in photos so we can access your physique regularly, nutrition and macro tracking sheets and any other required information to keep you accountable.
